Thank you for your thoughts. I always check things out before I recommend them; the program sounded good to me and there were others endorsing it - people I respect.

For the record, I have never received any compensation from this company and would never use that as a reason to recommend a product.

This site is a business: trust goes out the window when the other person has financial gains to think of.
I can understand someone with kids to support accepting money to endorse a product- even one as medically unsound as this one.
I can even understand how a frustrated parent could buy into the idea that ADD is not a 'real' condition, that it is just another way of saying 'lazy' or 'bad attitude' , and that it can be cured through punishment.
I can *not* however be convinced to buy into the same nonsense.
Also, if the majority of the text of an 'endorsement' comes straight from the manufacturer of the product it is by definition an *ad* not an endorsement.

You raise a valid point. It can seem as though a product recommendation is simply a sales pitch. I think you have to look at the integrity of the person who is doing the recommending. I am constantly being asked to endorse products or put advertisements on my sites. I rarely do because I want my readers to feel as though they trust me. My reputation is worth far more to me than any amount of money.

I personally was unaware of The Total Transformation until I was contacted by them asking me to promote their product. Before I agreed, I researched them completely and decided that they have a high quality product that I am comfortable recommending to others.

I would be much more impressed if every "independent" blog I read on the TT program didn't have a link directing me to a sales site. The link is convenient but if someone is asking about TT they already know where to find it. I am concerned that these reviews are really just marketing tools. -
